MY THOUGHTS ON THIS NIGHT 7-7-09

JULY 2009

JULY 2009

Well its Tuesday and I had a pretty uneventful day. I had to go to work this morning for some training and since I am a night worker I don’t like going anywhere in the morning, I would rather be asleep. I dreamed of a naked Zombie in my dreams last night, is that weird or what? It was actually a little cool riding my motorcycle this morning but was almost hot when I left work 2 hours later. I had the new KFC grilled chicken for dinner, I like it better than the fried stuff really. So, am I the only one that thinks this energy bill is gonna make is all pay a lot more for everything? I think we are headed for disaster and by the time the majority of citizens see this it may be too late to stop, it is almost impossible to crush a government program after it has been created, it takes on a life of its own. I think most liberals seem to have a good heart but the common sense factor is not there, like maybe we cannot afford to do everything that is the right thing to do. Michael Jackson’s service is said to cost L.A. about 5 million bucks, being that California is broke I find this really ridicules. The good news today is an 80 year old great grandmother won 1.3 million dollars in a Minnesota casino and she said she is going to call the judge she works for and quit her job, lol. Another bit of interesting news is that one of us in the US invented toilet paper. The first products designed specifically to wipe one’s nethers were aloe-infused sheets of manila hemp dispensed from Kleenex-like boxes. They were invented in 1857 by a New York entrepreneur named Joseph Gayetty, who claimed his sheets prevented hemorrhoids. Currently, the United States spends more than $6 billion a year on toilet tissue — more than any other nation in the world. Americans, on average, use 57 squares a day and 50 pounds a year. We also have a toilet seat toss at the annual Summer Redneck Games in East Dublin, GA. We are so rich in history here, lol. Well, I guess that is enough of my random thoughts on this night.
