3AM Saturday morning

I am up all night again so I though I would write a few words. Yesterday I went to my uncle Wayne’s house to shoot the bull for a couple of hours. He has this great big gun safe with about 16 rifles and 3 handguns and plenty of ammo in there so if anything bad comes down I am heading to his house, lol. Today I went to my Mom’s to spend a little time with her, we watched Fox News the whole time I was there. I rode my motorcycle there, I really have not done enough riding this year. I will include some pics in this blog of some pics taken this week. I was planning on going to a friend of Dave’s in Sussex that has the baby deer but we got canceled out, now I have nothing to do as usual, lol. I do have to do the exciting job of washing clothes. Austin is supposed to come over and cut my grass.  The pics are of my granddaughters Mila and Reagan, grandson Jessie and son in lawVernon.  The cat is Melinda’s and the squirrell is just a friend I saw sneaking up on my front porch.

MOSTLY BORING

This weekend I did not sleep right, slept too much and too much off and on. I sure have a hard time getting my life turned around to sleep at night when I am off work. Tonight I went to my middle daughter’s house, Melinda, and picked her up and took her to TGIF’s for dinner and then we went to a movie at the Commonwealth. We saw Sandra Bullock in “Proposal”, a romantic comedy. It was a cute movie and followed an expected path to the couple coming together at the end to give you a tear to your eye. Looks like the economy keeps going farther in the toilet each week, I guess that’s what change is. Where is Ronald Reagan when you need him, lol. Seems like the news is full of murder and is it just me or does it seem like a lot of people killing their family members lately? I go back to work tomorrow evening and I don’t even feel like I have been off really, time whizzed by. I would like to find a cute little filly to go somewhere on vacation soon, I have not been on a vacation in a long time now. Being single is not bad really, except the not having anyone part, lol.

MY THOUGHTS ON THIS NIGHT 7-7-09

JULY 2009

JULY 2009

Well its Tuesday and I had a pretty uneventful day. I had to go to work this morning for some training and since I am a night worker I don’t like going anywhere in the morning, I would rather be asleep. I dreamed of a naked Zombie in my dreams last night, is that weird or what? It was actually a little cool riding my motorcycle this morning but was almost hot when I left work 2 hours later. I had the new KFC grilled chicken for dinner, I like it better than the fried stuff really. So, am I the only one that thinks this energy bill is gonna make is all pay a lot more for everything? I think we are headed for disaster and by the time the majority of citizens see this it may be too late to stop, it is almost impossible to crush a government program after it has been created, it takes on a life of its own. I think most liberals seem to have a good heart but the common sense factor is not there, like maybe we cannot afford to do everything that is the right thing to do. Michael Jackson’s service is said to cost L.A. about 5 million bucks, being that California is broke I find this really ridicules. The good news today is an 80 year old great grandmother won 1.3 million dollars in a Minnesota casino and she said she is going to call the judge she works for and quit her job, lol. Another bit of interesting news is that one of us in the US invented toilet paper. The first products designed specifically to wipe one’s nethers were aloe-infused sheets of manila hemp dispensed from Kleenex-like boxes. They were invented in 1857 by a New York entrepreneur named Joseph Gayetty, who claimed his sheets prevented hemorrhoids. Currently, the United States spends more than $6 billion a year on toilet tissue — more than any other nation in the world. Americans, on average, use 57 squares a day and 50 pounds a year. We also have a toilet seat toss at the annual Summer Redneck Games in East Dublin, GA. We are so rich in history here, lol. Well, I guess that is enough of my random thoughts on this night.

STILL SUNDAY

I was just looking through a few pics I took recently and thought I would put some pics on here for all my fans in the world to see, lol. My grandson Austin is here tonight, he likes hanging out here because I have less rules than his parents and he can con me into going to get his girlfriend and taking her home on many occasions. I slept from 9 this morning till almost 3 so I will be up till real late again, I do wish it was easier for me to turn my weekends around, since working at night I want to sleep in the daytime even when I am off and end up too much at night all alone.

SUNDAY THOUGHTS

I was watching to but mostly listening to one of those shows about the anti Christ and it got me thinking. If the bible is foretelling the battle between good and evil and that evil loses then why doesn’t the devil read the book and since he knows he will lose then decide to not fight? Maybe he can’t read, lol. I guess you can tell from my writing that I am not a very religious person. I just have a hard time believing in that guy that is supposed to be an ” all loving God” and then turns around and burns you in agony for eternity for not worshiping him. Plus I have a hard time believing things written by the nuts in the middle east, you know how crazy they are now so you can imagine how crazy they were centuries ago. Well, that’s my thoughts for today.

JUST LAYING AROUND

As usual I did not turn my hours around when off for my 3 days. I just can’t seem to turn it around to sleep at night and be up in the daytime when off. I never thought I would get this used to being on night work, lol. I have not been on a date in a couple of weeks and have not done any looking lately. I find as you get older it gets harder to find someone and really harder to find someone that you want to be with. I get along great with my dog though, lol. I rode my Suzuki to my middle daughter’s house late yesterday and then went and picked up Austin and took him to my oldest daughter’s house in Dinwiddie. It was a nice ride and was not too cool even in the middle of the night with short sleeves. I am really worried about the energy and health care bills that congress is working on because I am sure it will add taxes or fees (same thing really) and living is going to cost a lot more in the future. I don’t understand how we got to the point that we are trying to turn ourselves into Europe, did we not leave that country because we did not like their way of thinking in the first place. We have had the best country and zillions have wanted to be here and risked their lives to get here. The people that voted in this administration will find it the future that they made a big mistake. I need to get my ass up, I went to sleep about 7:30 or 8:00 this morning and it is now about 3:30, I will be up all night again.
